Miles and Nigel made me and Arlo (dog) feel very welcomed and were happy to answer any questions. There was no pressure or hard sales pitches, which I do find uncomfortable. Was able to test drive any of the cars within 5-10 minutes of being there.
Arlo got to test out his space and after a few test drives, selected my new car. The whole process was easy and a week later i was driving away in my new car.

From the moment we arrived on site we were made to feel welcome and like valued customers.
This was to be my daughter’s first car, something she’d been saving hard for. We’d seen the car we liked online, and the same make, model and specification at another, bigger, dealership. We’d gone to see that one in the morning and to be honest, were made to feel like an inconvenience. So we left, and came to NW Cars Taverham, where the experience couldn’t have been more different. Miles came and said hello as we arrived and quickly got us the keys to the car we were interested in. He was able to tell us the history of the car and seemed genuinely interested in us.
We went for a test drive, and not being local, we were suggested a route to take and encouraged to take as long as we needed.
We then went to the perfectly placed garden centre for a piece of cake and deliberations, deciding it was the right car for our needs, so we went back to NW, had a lovely chat with both Miles and Nigel, and signed on the dotted line.
Communication between then and picking up the car two weeks later was brilliant. Miles talked my daughter through each step and was happy to answer any questions we had.
We picked up the car yesterday, greeted on arrival by Nigel with a big smile. The process was straightforward and after the obligatory photo (and with Grandma videoing the moment) my daughter was able to drive away.
She’s absolutely delighted with the car, and the experience as a whole was made so special by the treatment she received from Miles and Nigel.
Bought our Nissan X-Trail and dealt with Myles who literally went the extra mile (pardon the pun).
Highly knowledgeable and professional throughout our buying experience, and really friendly too. Buying a used car can be risky but we will be back again for our next car! Would highly recommended to anybody looking for a used car, no pressure at all and even got a warranty included with the car!

Cars... I was really fed up and frustrated with my old car and just went on the off chance.
Miles greeted me with a smile and friendly hello even before l'd got to the door of the office... he said Dad (Nigel) will help you.. with that Nigel burst through the door and was really interested in what I wanted... I'd had a look when I arrived at my car of choice and within minutes (trade plates on) I was off out on a test drive.. in the meantime Nigel assessed my car and when I returned after testing the new car we done the deal... easy and very fair... and I could pick it up the next day which was a bonus! It was a great experience and both Nigel and Miles offered a genuine solution with care and attention. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle. Took my uncle to look at a car today and he bought it there & then. Lovely chaps to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and they even made a nice cup of tea! Little car is now at my uncles and he is very happy with it.

Just to say I would highly recommend this car sales. I bought a car from Nigel three weeks ago and it developed a problem took it to a garage and it needed a flywheel, clutch and a starter motor, I contacted Nigel who was on a beach somewhere, and within 4 hours he covered the cost.
